December and Online Shoppping

Finally, the long wait is over. December, the month where both young and young at heart have been waiting for not just for the holidays and parties, but for the gifts and presents they'll be receiving from their friends and loved ones. This is the month where people from different walks of life visit "Divisoria" to buy toys, cloths and other household stuffs at a very affordable prize. Yeah, i remembered what its liked last year when mom asked me to go with her at Divi. Oh man..its was hell. People are like crazy over cloths sold for 3 for a hundred and toys for P50 each. It was like a battle for dear life just to get in and out of the Tutuban mall, its like riding LRT during rush hours. So when mom asked me again to go to Divi, i declined..and decided to take matters on my own hands. Why shop at Divi when you can get the same items online, right?

Equipped with the knowledge of SEo, i venture online.. used keywords to search for stuffs and was able to find A LOT of things. From fashionable cloths to the latest toys and gadgets, online shop brought me no hassle of on-foot shopping. Wohoooo!

After hours of searching, i finally found what i was looking for. A new game pad controller for my PC and a new web cam for my wacky personality. I don't want to get too excited or anything so i browsed a couple sites to find out more of how to avoid getting scammed online. According to an article i read, its not enough to know who your seller is, but it's also important that you know how to bargain or "make tawad" to get the best price for the item. Quoted from a well-known website, "Avoid lopsided bargaining. Negotiate with the seller moderately to prevent unwarranted arguments. A good buyer-seller relationship will always mean a favorable deal on both factions." So there's actually no difference in Divisoria shopping and doing it online. We make bargains all the time. I remembered my mom used to make tawad for a P250 worth of figurine. And I always ask "nay, ang mura na nun!bakit tinatawaran mo pa?". She always thought ,tawaran will always be the key in getting the most out of your budget. So with all the info i got, i think i'm ready to shop the google way. I still have plenty of things on my shopping list though, but I got the internet to help me out. click-click-click!
